SurkleS is a digital service. Plans are delivered to your SurkleS account online; there are no physical goods and no shipping charges.
When your plan starts
Your plan switches on as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment to us, usually within a minute. You see it on the payment page and at surkles.in/manage.
Razorpay emails your receipt to the address you paid with.
If your plan hasn't switched on within an hour of paying, write to contact@surkles.in. A plan that never switched on is always refunded in full; see Refunds and cancellation.
Where it works
Your plan works in the SurkleS app and on app.surkles.in, wherever you sign in with the same account.
